Madilyn • Frenship High Senior

Madilyn's shoot was on one of the windiest days yet this spring, and she handled it like a champ. I always say that sometimes the West Texas wind can give us some "good" drama- and I love so many of these images because Madi was willing to work with the wind rather than worry about it. :) I kept thinking I was looking at Jessica Biel while shooting- do you see it?

I loved that Madi brought along her toe shoes and even though she's finished dancing, she was able to hop right up on those toes- gorgeous! Thanks so much for a great shoot Madilyn!

Meet Emily. She's a senior from Highland Park in Amarillo. Miss Emily is not only at the top of her class, she's athletic, gorgeous, and most of all- really, really nice and easy to talk to. Go ahead, be jealous. :) This girl has such a bright future and is looking to become a dentist, which means she may be cleaning my teeth one day (yikes!). She and her family drove in for her photoshoot and we had a great time. Thanks so much, Emily, for being fantastic to work with!

I knew from the get-go that this would be a fun session. Leslie's up-for-anything personality and constant laughter are the perfect ingredients to making the pictures I love to make! This girl is not only an educated event designer, she is also pretty adventurous! She'll be living in New Zealand pretty soon- which makes me totally jealous. Thanks so much for a great session, Leslie- and congrats on your graduation!

I couldn't resist the primary-color combo when we came across this construction work site. Fortunately or unfortunately, Leslie's "animal magnetism" was at work as well. It made for some hilarious moments.

I have been loving the beautiful spring weather lately, and this week I've been so excited to take advantage of it with photoshoots. We had the perfect day to shoot Morgan's senior pictures. She is graduating early from Plainview Christian Academy, and then heading to Dallas Baptist University. I loved shooting with her- here are some of my faves:

Jerad is a senior at Borger High School, where I grew up. He did such a great job during his photoshoot- we did a lot of exploring and found some pretty cool spots. I did his sister's senior pictures a couple of years ago, and it's crazy how fast life has flown by since then! 

Jerad is going to pursue something I didn't even know existed- underwater welding. All in all, it sounds like a pretty cool job (although a dangerous one). I have a feeling he can handle it, though. :) Thanks so much Jerad!

Jillian is a friend of Rachel and also a senior at Littlefield High School. When she first contacted me I immediately thought of this book. Was I the only one who read it religiously when I was little?
